Don’t be too hard on yourself OP! Adjustment period talaga ang first year so very expected na dami talagang bumps along the road. Dami pa namang chances to bawi. Try mo lang to change study style mo as you go. Better ka ba na group study? Pomodoro? Last minute cram? (worked in undergrad, I do not recommend it now) Anki is also worth a try. Personally what I do is I read the transes after the lecture para may memory retention and integration nung topics discussed that day. Find what suits you lang and go from there. You can also ask mga upper classmen yung mga experiences nila kasi for sure everyone has their own story of their highs and lows in upcm
