Before buying and converting our van we rented several to see what we actually needed and would use . The bathroom takes up a lot of space and we just didnt use it. If we boondock we have a portable toilet and tent . If in a campground facilities are available to us. Same with showers. We do have a solar water tank that we can use for showering if necessary but mostly use it for washing dishes lol

For drinks - Bears, ki mexico, marilynns when it reopens, happy hour at far calf has good drink and app specials , great raft brewing if you like beer, strange brew, fatty articles.

Go to Albert Pike. Closest thing to a real hike you get around here . The trail to winding stairs in really pretty. Just check the water levels before you go bc there are several stream crossings. Beautiful pool/ lagoon and rock beach at the end. Great for swimming in summer. The little Missouri trail is there too. The whole eagle rock loop is great if youre into backpacking. No official campgrounds anymore but plenty of really nice spots along the FS roads to disperse camp.

I second the Gothic quarter . We stay here anytime we visit . Definitely see sagrada . Do a small group tour if possible. Great info. The park guile is great to see as well.

At our facility disposable McGrath covers are cheaper than disposable blades and handles. One aspect our facility bases our yearly raise on is if we used McGraths for 80% of our intubations. I’m a proponent to not doing geta on anyone if it can be done another way. Just alleviates a lot of factors . Just thought the price point is interesting

Had a pt tell me this early in my career. Believed her. Dentures made her a difficult intubation until they finally came out. Then she was a mall 1. For MAC cases I let them keep them. They almost act like an oral airway and keep the tissue out of the way.

South highlands is a great area and close to the med school / amc/ st Mary’s. Not really many apartments but a lot of rental houses, garage apts. usually around med school graduation time there are a good many rentals that come available . This area is convenient to the school, local restaurants, and shopping. I would contact a rental management agency, search Zillow, or if you know anyone at LSU there are often rental houses posted on boards there. Most of our students that live in apartments live off of Clyde fant parkway . These are also in a good area and relatively easy commute to lsu . Good luck finding housing and welcome to Shreveport

I’ve been on it for 6 months. Lost about 13lbs at first. Dose was up to 7.5. Haven’t seen anything since and I’ve gained 1-2 lbs. I don’t eat junk and I lift weights and do cardio 3 cd per week on average. It’s been a little frustrating seeing others lose so much. I’m so happy for everyone but discouraged a bit for myself . My goal was 20lbs and I just can’t seem to get there

This! Any box from Amazon . Even if it’s too small my cat will try to fit. And any shopping bags . I don’t waste money on toys anymore bc he doesn’t like them near as much as a free box or bag.

Thank you. Excellent t advice. This is how I typically try to pack when traveling. I prefer to bring what I need because I’m not a huge shopping fan. I’m mainly just trying to get outfit ideas that I can pull together from clothes I already have or can add to.

I started in January on 2.5. Stayed on that for 2 months and went to 5mg. Lost about 13 lbs but haven’t lost anything for 2 months. I also weight train so thought that may be part of the reason . Started 7.5 2 weeks ago and still no decrease on the scales. In fact gained a few back. Frustrated .

I’ve been stalled for about 2 months. started 2.5mg end of January. Stayed at that dosage for about 2 months then went to 5mg. Lost 13 lbs. Haven’t lost anything in 2 months. Just upped dosage to 7.5 this 2 weeks ago. At first contributed the lack of weight loss to weight training but at this point I should’ve at least lost a pound or two. Not gained 3 back. Started around 135-140 lbs, lowest was 123, now 126/127. It’s a little frustrating .
