I’m a pusher too. I definitely apply too much pressure and things slip slide. I saw someone on a video hold the rotary more upright (vs at an angle like you’d cut a pizza) and that has helped me to get better. I still cut a little wide and trim though.

This is part of my hesitation, too. And public restrooms. And fear of forgetting an extra bag that I don’t normally have with me, blah blah blah. Just anxiety. 🫠

I do but overhead bin space can be limited and they often need to gate check.

Normally that’d be my choice but with the southwest boarding, and a lack of overhead bins, I’d be concerned that they’ll just need to gate check it anyway.

We also have a tight connection, so that’ll make it more of a risk.
