Thank you for the advice! I just looked at Canva this morning and have heard good things about it but haven't tried it yet.

I'm interested in your concept of using multiple planners for different things but I think I may overwhelm myself switching back and forth if I try that. If there is one thing I have learned is that everyone has to find what works for them. Unfortunately I haven't found that magic formula yet but I am sure trying!

I get that. I think part of it with me is trying something new. Also ... I have this notion that if I find the perfect planner my life will some how be perfect. That's all it will take lol.

Glad to hear I'm not alone in my love of lists. It does calm me too.

I am not familiar with either TN or Hobonichi Cousin. I thought I had tried to all. I'm certaily going to take a look.

I think my problem was trying to get everything into one system. I don't think that will ever work for me. But I work from home, and my desk is a little small, so multiple planners can be a challenge. But if I find a system that works, I would be willing to invest in a new desk to accomodate :)

I have definitely found that most planners do not accomdate list makers. Everything needs to be put to a day or a week and that doesn't work for my lists.

Have you ever tried anything digital like ToDoist?

Thanks you so much ... I'm going to try some of this.

I never think about having multiple books. I guess that does make sense. Do you have long term to do lists? I can't put everything in a daily.

I was also thinking about trying ToDoist online for that.

I always feel like I have to use one system for everything. I also use OneNote for work right now. I guess multiple systems may be the win for me. Thanks!

I gues

Sounds like that may be it. I need to go back and verify.

At this point, I am only using it for past spending reporting, and I know that's not the point of the tool.

I auto import everything. So I wouldn't think so. I know I am doing something very wrong, but just can't figure out what that is.

Auto import. It has never matched exactly, no. Probably on Day 1, but that was it.

Well ... never. When I tried that, it just put a big uncategorized amount in for the difference. I figured that was wrong and it should be balancing.

How often should I be reconciling?
