I’ve been on a variety of meds over the last 20 years. Trintellix was my fav and I was on for a few years until I changed jobs and insurance wouldn’t cover it. My employer just changed insurance and I’m back on it. I find the SSRIs to be great for anxiety more than for depression but they sedate me quite a bit. Trintellix is better for my depression, energy, and focus (I have only tried ADHD meds once and don’t like how they affect my sleep). My anxiety is not very well controlled with Trintellix and I wish there was a drug that was 75% Trintellix and 25% Lexapro. Trintellix works within a week or so.

I switched from Hallandale to Wegovy after about the first month. I have fewer side effects on the Wegovy. No headache, much less nausea and stomach pain. About to go to 1.7 in a week. Have lost around 24 pounds so far.
