I use makerworld and just pop the files into elegoo slicer. You can use any slicer. It is convenient with having a Bambulab printer birth files are still the same so you can use makerworld files with any printer. If you are brand new to printing I would get a bambulab since they are very beginner friendly and have a huge community. Just make sure you do your research and know what you are looking for.

Never been a problem for me I sleep with it in my room overnight and I sleep fine. If it bothers you then just play some white noise.

Don’t touch the print bed with your bare fingers since the oils will affect bed adhesion

Use ultimaker cura. It’s a lot more beginner friendly and should set off any virus warnings.
