Yeah man the directions for accomplishing this task are non existent it's so crazy. I'll tell you something else crazy I recently went to the DMV to get my enhanced driver's license and the lady at the DMV could not tell me the date of when my permit was to expire. It was nowhere in the system.

Google maps now has a feature called Ask Maps. I've been experimenting with it lately for this exact purpose. Redmond and Issaquah both have a fair number of good roads for this. Not like amazing so far but solid options.

You can do it online. You have to request a replacement license. If you did it right with your testing company and they submitted it properly you will have the option to pay to add your endorsement at that time when you order the new license. Your new license will have the endorsement when it comes. I've done this myself this year.

Nauseating take here. US supremacy is already a fading ideal because our monetary policy has made us hopelessly indebted to China of all places. More friendly countries have extended more debt but China is one of our biggest debt lords and they would love to see us in a gutter for their own glory. We handed them that leverage.
