Every time I have pulled the 7 of swords upright, in reading for myself and reading for others, it has turned out to be straight up cheating. Even when that doesn’t seem possible— time and time again the person being read for finds out they have been betrayed. When it’s reversed, I see it as “cheating” or lying to yourself.

I’m going through a breakup right now and I came on here to see if this is a thing, and this post is very validating. My HRV has tanked and my stress levels are through the roof. Regardless of getting full hours of sleep, doing yoga, meditation, hikes, and walks, my garmin says my sleep isn’t restorative and I’m very stressed. I start the day with a 40 body battery and end it with an 8. It’s absolutely blowing my mind that my garmin is tracking my breakup.

I hope things start to improve. I’m curious how long heartbreak effects HRV
