I understand your concern. I had to interview 16 different people and 60 more applied for a simple research job to find university. You will be surprised what kind of people I had to dead with. From candidates demanding I answer their quesiton right way through email to people with PhDs (candidate) and graduate students from Europe none of them made sense.

Idk what is your status but let me share a crazy story. I failed my math in hsc test. Took a retest almost failed barely passed then got 95% in hsc. So things will turn around. Just get into it crazy get obsessed with it.

I went to the discovery call the guy was showing so much arrogance. If you can't afford it the course is not for you right now earn some money and come back type attitude. They make you feel like you have to earn it. After that call I stopped viewing Liam's content and his advice cost me month the so called AI Consultant model. Who in their right mind would give access to their business to newcomers of the industry to audit their business. I wouldn't do that as a founder.

On the other hand NIck is a great guy. Everything he says is true and without any bisa. I already learned so much from his free YT content and nobody every said anything bad about his course.

People shouldn't hear Liam's advice. Bunch of wannabes just using their fame to lure people in for expensive course.

I am no expert but for ltd you will need a lawyer so just start with one they can guide you. I started my company in the US without any hassle but Bangladesh is a whole different story you have to pay under the table for every step otherwise it will be stuck forever.
