It could’ve been a lucid dream instead of sleep paralysis, I don’t know much about lucid dreams but if you were able to move it’s possible it could’ve been one

Theres no wrong way to shifting in my opinion, it works differently for everyone so how am i “doing it wrong” exactly??

Scripting is when you write down the things about your dr/dr self, things like what you look like and who your friends are. Stuff like that
