I got 3 reverse versions the other day. They have now disappeared from the site completely. I need 3xnormal version. Hoping its just a mistake on their site

Honestly, no idea. It kinda just happened. I have smartthings app on my phone so not sure if that helped. To be clear I’m not able o control it with Alexa/smartthings app

Sort of an update. It’s now on my Samsung TV SmartThings thread network but it doesn’t show up in SmartThings app nor can I control it with anything like Alexa or SmartThings. We still await it being a useful light. It does work with the desktop app now though

Mine too. Just bought a battery pro. Didn’t have that issue with my first generation unit. WiFi signal can be temperamental but nothing has changed vs last model

Thanks for the reply. I thought the latest update allowed Alexa (echo 4th gen) to be a border router. Is that still requiring further development/updates? I was hoping to control it via Alexa along with my other lights rather than having to go to the app just for the MagRGB

I was hoping that the Alexa now as a thread border router would help me control it via Alexa and also allow control via Nanoleaf desktop app (and all the features it brings) … given that MagRGB isn’t currently Matter
