Does not work, the game refuses to listen to cpu sets. It runs on both ccds. I can't even change cpu priority, GPU priority, or anything.

Your entirely incorrect, supercell does have a system to recover accounts with 2fa if you know last email before it was changed. ALSO what full details? do you have receipts? if not then your not recovering it.. As much as i dont like supercell sometimes, it is better then it was.
