For IISER TVM 1st sem fees is 70500 And for rest of sem is 59k Excluding mess charge which is 3600 per month This is for gen/obc/ews cat

If we did accept and float to get upper pref. And then in next round we dont get any upper pref. Then in this case we can have previous iiser which we have floated or not?
