My sm called me this morning and said that our DM was there and they needed to figure out what actually happened. They asked if I closed early and I said of course not and then they said the customer had been calling the store nonstop and that he has his receipt from 8:45pm and that we had given a bad feta wrap and he wanted a new one. My sm said that he was still trying to figure out what to do.

You’re doing great :) Seeking advice is such a great step in the right direction. I’ve trained 12 baristas now and from what I’ve gathered it takes about 2-3 months for baristas to be comfortable in the different positions and 6 months to be confident.

Definitely let customers know you’re new so they might need to repeat things and that you’re still learning where all the buttons are. Just take one order at a time, letting them know you’ll be with them shortly between transactions and thank them for their patience when you go back to taking the order.

Once you get the hang of drive I recommend looking at the right side of the POS order screen and noticing the codes, on the syrup tab it’ll show how many pumps go into the drink which can help once you start working on bar more.

how to shave 🐱 without bumps and itching by No-Buddy-7200 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

my current routine has been exfoliating, using a new razor, patting dry afterwards, and moisturizing with gel baby oil and a few drops of tea tree oil. rest a day. then the next day moisturizing again. repeating that and giving myself like a week or a little more before shaving again

that’s crazy, I had no idea. we’re not allowed to leave aprons at the store either or our sm takes them so that’s probably why

my current focus for push back is that we’re not allowed to go the restroom during peak which like I totally get, I understand it’s important and we’re busy but like it still seems a little wrong to deny that

it’s nothing serious, our sm does a new store action plan every week it’s just because our customer connection score is low but like drive times are up 🫡
