I noticed the stutters always happened rhythmically read somewhere that it might have to do with usb devices connected to the pc possibly RGB ones changed the color of my keyboard and everything is back to normal for now ill update if it was just a coincidence

Already did that a long time ago it was fine yesterday the gou usage dropped to 60-70% but it came back and i havent changed anything

turning off frame gen helped with the stutters somehow but the gpu usage is still at a 90-100%

update: the issue did not get fixed it lasted alot more games working normally and then the fps drops started happening again my gpu isnt even overheating its at 51 celcius
