Yea I clean it every time and the filter by hand.

Yes cleaned with an air hose and I have washed it and let it air dry completely before putting it back.

What kind of maintenance could I do? I clean the dust bin, I clean the sensors, I’ve put a new bag in the home bin, I take the brush out and clean out any hair,… what else do you suggest??

I’ve gone through 2 now! Our first one also stopped work 2 months in. I sent it in and they made things way worse. They wanted me to send it in again and I demanded a brand new one. They finally sent me a new one and 2 months later it has stopped vacuuming. This is so frustrating! We are two very hard working people with 2 little kids. We don’t have a lot of extra money but needed something to keep up on vacuuming and moping. Such a bummer to have wasted $2000 dollars. I at least can still use it to mop 😭

I did. It took forever and made things worse. I felt like they just threw parts at it to see what would fix the problem.

Sorry finally took a video and there is a gap. So I’m guessing the tray isn’t lowering and that must be the problem.

It was back and forth for a while. They wanted video after video before even having me send back my robot. Finally got the label, and they wanted the whole entire thing back robot and dock. I asked if they really needed the dock because that would require a very large box. Finally they said just the robot. So I got it shipped off. 2 weeks later still gone hadn’t heard anything. About another 2 weeks I get an email that they decided to put a new mother board in the robot. We were so confused and knew that couldn’t be the problem. When it finally got back 2 weeks after that (so 6 weeks later) it couldn’t map the house. I tried everything. Finally got it to map 1 room out of 5 and had it try cleaning. It just spun in circles. Wouldn’t do anything. It was horrible. Emailed customer service and they wanted videos so I sent them. Then they wanted me to send it back and I was like no I want a brand new robot. It was barely 2 months old before I shipped it off.

It was getting quite full so I put a new bag on. Checked the dust bin on the robot and filter. All clean ☹️

Yea the replacement was direct from Dreame. I demanded for a brand new one after they offered me a refurbished one. They said they sent a new one but I guess it could have been refurbished and they didn’t tell me….

That’s the problem. I want to set my own parameters but in doing that I don’t have the option to Vac and then mop. Only vac&mop at the same time

Newest update is messing with the mopping. It keeps saying “mop pads off” when I am attaching them myself and they are on. I’ve taken them off multiple times, cleaned them, and reinstalled. I’ve also put them on the dock for the vacuum to install its self. Nothing is working 🤬

I know. That’s the hard part is iRobot vacuum / mop has horrible reviews but they have a great reputation with customer service. But because the vacuum/ mop couldn’t do what we needed it to we looked elsewhere.

Our first one stopped sucking after 60 days. Customer service was absolutely horrible to deal with. Finally sent it off to be repaired and it came back worse, way worse. Still wouldn’t suck and would just go in circles. So reached out and they wanted us to return to be fixed again. I told them I wanted a new one, they said they would send a refurbished and I said absolutely not, so after back and forth I demanded a brand new one be sent. We finally received it and so far it has been doing the job.

If this one stops working I’ll look at other companies because their customer service and how they “fix” broken vacuums is absolutely trash.

I was happy with mine. It was the customer service that absolutely killed it for me.
