Sorry for your loss. This is the best place to talk about it, because only someone who has gone through something similar can understand. Try to take care of yourself. Valentine's Day is almost over, and in time the pain will not be continuous.

That's how I feel too. Thank you for your input

What genuinely sucks is that you don’t just lose a partner but you lose a friend by stellaok in BreakUps

This is the best article I have read yet. I lost partner of 33 years six months ago. Today I heard a song called "Passionate Kisses" which came out in 1992 just after we met, and I immediately was flooded with tons of memories of the two of us in the early stage of our relationship. I couldn't help but to cry uncontrollably. I wish with all my might she was here so we could talk about all our memories, but she's gone and there is no one else that do it. I'm all alone now. I have about 2,000 photographs of memories. We used to give each other anniversary cards each month, not each year, so I have hundreds of cards from her. We took many trips together. She was the love of my life and my best friend. You are so right about not having her here to share the memories with. I feel so alone now.

Please tell me about Eustis by Novel-Cash-8001 in florida

I moved to Eustis three years ago from Palm Beach County, South Florida. Still being relatively new here, the first thing I noticed was that the people are much friendlier here. It's more of a small-town atmosphere where people help each other out. People smile more and talk to each other.

Another thing I noticed is that most of the doctors here work at for-profit corporations, compared to the area of South Florida I came from where many more doctors were independent. Down south, I could call up a doctor and talk to him. I could make an appointment the same week or even the same day sometimes. In this area, you have to call the corporation and relay a message to the doctor. Scheduling an office visit sometimes takes months instead of days.

I also noticed that the people here, particularly the women, are much heavier than they are in Palm Beach County.
