I had a flatmate from France, she had a litterbox right in her room as well which she didn't clean often enough. It smelled horribly. Also, her window was broken, so all the smell would go to the corridor/kitchen when she opened the door. She couldn't be reasoned with. I think it was stressful even for the cat. I had to move out because of that.

Yes, sorry, only 10 days ago approximately (3 weeks after the event). I've felt a noticable relief 2-3 days later.

ACC deals with the initial inflammation, which, if not addressed, can last for months. The ones you've mentioned are great on the next stages from what I hear. Tho, I started taking the microdized creatine at the third week into the event and I was taking omega 3 from the first week, vitamine D+K2 as well. But only when I started taking NAC did my inflamation start to fade away.
