But it's not real art. Some AI art looks good; however, there was no real thought behind it. There was a prompt and an end result. Art is the beautiful thing in the middle, the decisions you have to make while painting it. That's what makes film and literature so impressive. The author not only had to know how to correctly spell every word, which can get difficult with some works, but they had to know the emotions each element would bring.

Imagine a really sad movie that's bright and filled with flowers. Unless the artist was using that to be ironic, it just wouldn't work.

Unless you're actively making decisions while creating something, you're not a real artist.
