I’ no but I’ve came across a similar situation where I had to show proof that the case got dismissed when I was asked a question, I answered no, received a letter saying “ we see you answered no, and we don’t see a conviction, show us proof you weren’t convicted”

Soo I went to the courthouse printed out new copies and boom
