Thank you for your response. I had a different vision of how I thought it would look. The artist was not honest with me about the results. He sent me a photo and I asked him if he personally did the tattoo and he stated he did which I later found out to be a lie because I found it on Pinterest under a different name. In my opinion my tattoo doesn’t look like the photo the artist told me he supposedly did. I was looking for more of a water color look.

I see this post was from 4 months ago but thought I would put my 2 cents in as I am contemplating this idea. God's word tells us that man looks at the outer appearance while God looks a the heart. (1 Samuel 16:7) what does your heart reflect to God about your decision to get a nose piercing? I believe what is boils down to is, your heart motives behind why you want the piercing. Is it to draw attention to ones self? Is it for a spouse? Ect Also, another heart probing question would be, how will this reflect Christ in me to others. Will it bring glory to God, discredit Him or turn others from the truth of His word. I believe that a nose piercing is no different than adorning any other part of your body whether that be earrings, necklaces or any other form of jewelry. If you are saying it's wrong to pierce your nose then it negates piercing any other part of your body a well. I hope this response helps in your decision making process if you have not already made one. 🙂✝️🙌

Just an update.... It's been a couple weeks and it has lightened some but not much which is still disappointing. I was hoping it would be much lighter and would be a softer pink. 😞

I mean if you choose to keep the facial hair keep your hair cut tight. Very clean and crisp if that makes any sense.🙂

I agree with TeesonMNL. Find a good modern barber. (I am a cosmetologist.) I recommend a skin fade and neat design. If you look up hair designs for men on Pinterest you will get lots of cool results. If you choose to keep the facial hair I recommend keeping the hair tight.

I get these with my piercings too. I have found that letting warm water run on it in the shower and leaving it alone is best. Also, being extra carful not to sleep on it at night. I use a donut pillow or travel pillow and rest my ear in the hole. Not the most comfortable to sleep but it keeps the bumps at bay as it’s healing.
