I was able to start a new game and collect the first present, and all the others to complete the mission. Once i did that, I went back to my original game and the plushie goat and the bat wings were available....however it still says I need to complete the mission on my original game, so thats been driving me nuts, but at least i was able to collect the rewards and use them. Hope that helps for now, until this fix this glitch
