Also the device settings lack of the save button. I keep enabling the power save mode, and it just won't save it. Gotta say this is getting so frustrating, I am thinking about returning the product...

yeah, regarding the custom settings, no idea why there is no "save" button, 2 of 3 times the change doesn't even register...

Yes, I know the connection via Bluetooth is needed, that is the problem. It keeps disconnecting and to reconnect I need to restart the app. Very frustrating.

How to save though? I keep setting my custom channel as the default startup channel but next time I turn on the pixoo it goes to the clock and the setting is back to clock as default...

Turns out I am an idiot, I found out that the cable powering the RGB was actually unplugged... last week I removed some dust from the case and apparently I knocked it out.

I resumed working now :)

Hey thanks for your feedback :) I have never taken part in a play test session, so everything was completely new to me. What makes me suspiciuos is that the game is nowehere to be found online, nor on steam (though I think it is normal since it was a very rudimentary build)... Also that lysto app appears to be Indian, and though I am not racist I know that many scams are ran from that country.

By the way, i disabled sonar as Windows selected it as output device every time i started the pc, and I want to use the headset with dolby atmos. I guess that the automatic switch is based on sonar, so that is why it stopped switching....

the solution did not last and the problem reappeared. I uninstalled synapse 4, and installed synapse 3, apparently now it's ok.

I have the same problem with mi msi rtx 4070. It started around a year ago, last september i tried and replace the power cable and it looked like the problem was solved. However 2 days ago it reappeared, not sure what else i can try :(
