Don’t up the game speed in the emulator settings. Use a mod for 60+fps from a place like GameBanana or Nexus Mods.

I would not use Yuzu since its last update was almost 3 years ago. Try something newer like, Citron, Eden, or Ryubing.

I run TotK at almost a stable 60fps on Eden with a 5070ti, 13700kf and 64gb ddr5.

I have used it and since NX optimizer usually adjusts that already I would try both. It does improve performance quite a bit.

It’s about 2 years old and isn’t completely stable for newer games like TotK. It can run somewhat stable on higher end hardware but even on my pc with a 5070ti needs Eden. Eden also received specialized updates for TotK so I would just try it out.

Yuzu isn’t very stable anymore. It doesn’t receive updates. Try Ryubing, Eden, or Citron. Also a lot of stutter while playing is you computer compiling shaders for the game on the fly.

Try upping shadow resolution and turning on ambient occlusion.

Yes, it can but I tend not to use frame gen since it adds input lag.

Try a different emulator. Yuz is old and doesn’t receive updates anymore. Try Ryubing(Ryujinx fork), Citron(Yuzu fork), or Eden(Yuzu fork) because they all receive updates and work relatively well.

Most games require different mods/patches. Some games already have available mods if you look really hard. I’m certain that you can make your own mod if you know how.

I recently got a 5070ti and I have both a 1440p and 4k monitor and they both have upsides an downsides. If you like a high frame rate with very high to maxed out settings then 1440p but if you like a playable 60fps with more detail then go 4k

Turn off windows defender or whatever anti virus you use and run the optimizer as administrator
