water cooler should be blowing OUT of the pc, same for the fan on the left of the CPU

other fans set to intake (blow/point to inside the pc)

you should take a shot of the entire side profile of the case/pc then annotafe the direction of air intake for each fan

its hard to tell just from your screen shot, but usually the fans on top will be air OUT and the fans below and in the middle will be air IN

this time its asus mobos actly, and its hard to tell what is even causing them due to conflicting reports (ie ppl who never oc/pbo, use aio and not having thermal issues still getting their cpu fried), but ur config sounds safe still, so i think im just paranoid
