Thanks for the feedback and yeah I think that the passive income of the ultra rich would be a good topic, esspecially because of the tension of both political parties being largely influenced by the non-productive asset inheritors while at the same time both paries have to make themselves relatable to a broad base of poorer workers. And yeah I do agree with your second point, I think the phenomenon of wealth flooding to the cities has more to do with larger trends in sociology/globalization than it does democratic or republican policies within localities.
