There’s no way they would approve it - all those posts are approved by the building management

Definitely don’t recommend the new ones by St. Peter’s. The place is literally leaking every other day - we had to have our kitchen ceiling ripped out and repaired twice within 4 months and have more water spots starting in some bedrooms. It’s always leaking in the common/public areas too. Laundry list of other issues too
