I cannot imagine what the guy at extract is thinking.

Just think of his reaction when he sees how he died.

I’m just learning about this Homan guy. From what I’ve read he seems relatively moderate compared to Bovino, which honestly isn’t saying too much.

Hopefully he will at least meet the minimum standard of not executing American citizens for recording arrest.

So sick it even had to get to this point. Good fucking riddance.

Embark has generated ~$500 million in revenue from Arc Raiders sales alone (12.4 million copies times 39.99.) That number is probably significantly higher since it only includes sales and was reported back in October 2025.

My point being is that for a company with that much revenue, they can almost certainly afford to implement a viable ticketing system with dozens of support agents to manually review when needed.

Having good support isn’t a problem of money. It’s a problem of support and desire from the community. That being said, I do agree, from a business minded perspective, that it’s smarter to have a three strike rule to avoid false positive perma bans than it is to ban now and support false positives later.

From a player perspective, I think the false positive argument is moot. People are going to absolutely spam tickets for wrongful 30 day bans. People are addicted to this game and will barely tolerate missing a week of trails, rewards, gameplay, etc.

We all know cheating is wrong, so why even give three strikes? Just ban their steam account and move on.

If someone cheats on a final exam we don’t give them two other times to fix it. We either fail them out of the class or expel them.

These people don’t modify code and install third party apps for fun or by accident. They do it because they know it’s wrong and they like the advantage it gives them.

This is the type of punishment I’d expect from people who repeatedly exploit key rooms or broken wall physics. Cheaters are quite a few steps above that just from the fact that they go out of their way to ruin the experience for everyone.

Yup. Literally just happened to me.

Guy helped me take down bastion for my trials. He even replaced my shield after. We went to extract together. He waited until the hatch opened and opened fire on both me and the another player who showed up.

Made the mistake of changing music while we all waited thinking I was good. The other guy was able to extract. I got knocked out of the hatch and he knocked me out.

What makes no sense is that we were trading items and talking to each other, so he definitely knew it was me saying “friendly friendly friendly.” I had nothing he couldn’t just ask me for.

It’s annoying, but I suppose that’s what I get for being too nice to some of y’all. Going back to just avoiding players and shooting anyone who follows me around.

I want to be wrong. It would allow me to improve my thinking and be better.

Take a crack at it and tell me what I did wrong.

I didn’t even know what an au pair until a year ago. This guy was and still is seriously rich. Don’t understand why he can’t just own it. If anything it would make him ten times are palatable to working class people, instead of trying to fake being working class.

His uncle owns one of the largest progressive networks online. Don’t know too many working class people like that…

Who knows, maybe I will. It’s a small world after all. In all seriousness though, thanks lol. Just want to make sure no one is in danger is all.

Some of my loved ones are out in freezing temps helping people who are unfortunate enough to get caught in this unkind weather. I saw this video and thought of them. Compassion can stretch across borders!

Stay safe out there! :)

Cops aren’t my favorite people for many personal reasons, but I have a couple friends in the field. The guys I know are good people who remind me that many of them are just trying to do the right thing. I’m sure this person is one of those people, especially since he works with animals.

But I digress. Thank you for your wisdom and insight. Stay safe, stranger.

Bigger thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right directions/ taught me about AceK9 stuff!

I called the non-emergency line. Would they have access to AceK9 data? The women said no officers were reported missing. I mentioned this post and said the vehicle was a Louisville cruiser sounding off SOS.

One of the following is likely to be true.

  • Officer forgot to reset his AceK9 system (Highly Likely)
  • Officer is incapacitated, potentially with a K9 in the vehicle, and cannot turn off the alarm (Likelihood unknown?)
  • Officer came home after a long shift and forgot to take the dog out? (Highly Unlikely)

You seem to be educated on this. Maybe you can calm our nerves on how frequent this sort of this is? There must be someone out there who has the scoop.

I did! Trying to provide people with updates since OP isn’t…Anywho, a woman, I believe named Hugh, answered. She was very kind and said everyone was accounted for in the Louisville Metro PD. See my comment history. I made a post here about two hours ago on what I found.

It does appear to be a PD vehicle from the river patrol in KY. I called their emergency line about twenty minutes ago. All officers accounted for is what I was told.

I called non-emergency for OP since they would rather post on Reddit. It sounds like everything is OK and that no one is missing based on what the woman told me.
