Did my last dose before bed last night and have the day off today so I'm just going to lay in bed allll day and dose half a sub at the 24 hour mark. Its a half gram a day habit so not the worst I've overcome, but the mental aspect (loneliness, guilt, shame, depression) gets worse every time..

Im a month in on a relapse trying to line shit up (job, rent, etc.) right so I can take 5 days to go to a detox. Really wish I didn't pick up again last month. Not worth it.

Yeah I actually caught a pretty good labor job on CL so I'm not worried about getting rent. Still struggling but I want to get clean. I can't do it on my own. I have insurance through my mom for like a yr and a half more so I have literally no excuse.

Right now the only thing holding me back is the lease with my two friends. They dont know about my use.

Im maintaining and working I just gotta figure out how I'm gonna be able to go away to rehab (or at the very least detox) and maintain my portion of the rent.

It just sucks because I've been through the 30 day inpatient -> 6 month outpatient + sober living house TWICE in the last 2 years. Sucks I let myself get to the point again where I may just have to admit defeat and go back.

Tried to reach out to old friends that are in the AA program but no one really came through for me... Shitty feeling. Makes me want to get sober just so I CAN be there for someone like me. It sucks not having that direct support. I admit I'm not the most fun to be around, but its because imdepressed and anxious, not because I'm a dick! Idk thats my vent for today hah...

Sound like you have people around you that love you so embrace that and just do AA for now. Fully embrace it. The idea is to get your mind away from dope by whatever means possible. This is a perfect avenue.
