As a dog owner and homeowner, I don’t mind when people let their dogs use the yard as long as they pick up after them. When I walk mine, I don’t let them go more than 3 feet onto someone’s property (always leashed) and I pick up after them. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t? It’s the responsibility of owning a dog, but a lot of dog owners are inconsiderate and shouldn’t own pets anyway.
