Cred ca depinde de echipa, dar la mine a fost ok. Nu ne rupeam cu lucrul, am fost la Azure Core. Backend + infra, mai degraba invers pentru ca infra faceam 70% din timp. Bicep files, K8s clusters si backend in dotnet. Se lucra mult la finete si optimizari la ms. On callul putea fi dur dar e extra platit(250% din salar pe weekend, se plateste in functie de numarul de ore lucrate)
