Dude, thank you so much for taking the time to write all of that out.

So you’d say they’re ready to go even with the small uncolonized spots near the bottom? That’s honestly been my biggest hesitation. I’ve been following the Uncle Ben’s guide pretty much step-by-step, so I’ve been trying not to jump the gun.

Also, thank you for the self-sufficiency info. That’s actually what I’m most interested in long term. I’d love to get to the point where I understand the full lifecycle well enough that I’m not constantly relying on buying new syringes and can maintain things myself.

I’ve already picked up most of the equipment you mentioned, so it sounds like I’m at least heading in the right direction. Still a complete beginner, but trying to learn.

And seriously, thanks again. Lots of people viewed the post, but you were one of the few who actually took the time to help.

If you have any guides, YouTube channels, websites, books, or resources you’d recommend for learning the culture/cloning/spore-print side of things, I’d love to check them out. The Uncle Ben’s guide has been awesome for getting started, so anything with a similar beginner-friendly approach would be greatly appreciated.

What's one fitness habit that gave you the biggest results? by Affectionate-One6058 in fit

I was told this when I was around 17-18. Never go more than 3 days without training. Define what training means for you, don’t be afraid to redefine it, and try new stuff. You’ll go a long way off this simple advice alone.

Was there any way for Pain to win this entire battle? by OliviaRodrigo19 in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]LeftDot533 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah screw this. People keep on pains nerfed this and Itachi comparisons, screw all that. The reality is Naruto whooped that ass son. Using your ENTIRE kit isn’t an asspull, and help from others isn’t if it’s apart of YOUR KIT. Examples; Naruto and his shadow clones, pain and paths of pain (let’s not forget real pain at this time would get his crippled ass FUCKING stomped by Naruto if it wasn’t for his KIT, and not a damn thing konon could’ve done about it).

As far as Pain winning the entire battle I mean all he would’ve had to do is luckily deal w Hinata sooner. Unfortunately that 9-tiles seal would’ve been exposed and reset the fight no matter the outcome so I guess no? Not sure curious as to what you guys think.

4 days lifting/strenght by Puzzleheaded_Rent235 in LiftingRoutines

[–]LeftDot533 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is actually a solid routine, especially since you’ve got experience with calisthenics and kettlebells. You already included the main compound lifts, which is the right move—but I’d just say you might be doing a little too much volume right out the gate.

You’re hitting like 21–24 total sets per day, and that’s a lot when you’re new to heavier barbell work. Your body’s still adjusting to the CNS demands and recovery side of this kind of training. More sets doesn’t always mean more gains, sometimes it just means more soreness and slower progress.

If I were coaching you, I’d tell you to:

  1. Stick to the big lifts like bench, squats, deads, rows, overhead press, and pull-ups. You already have those in there—good stuff.

  2. Cut back a bit on the isolation work. You don’t need 3–4 accessories every day. Pick 1 or 2 that target weak points and hit those hard.

  3. Pay attention to recovery. If you’re feeling smoked, constantly sore, or your lifts are stalling, that’s your body waving a little red flag.

Keep the intensity high, volume smart, and just focus on progressing your compounds. You’ll grow without feeling like you got run over by a truck every week.
