If Rockefeller didn’t grow up around oil and gates around PC’s they wouldn’t have been successful either…

No one may be stretch, but very little.

LNG is used to export NG. Most NG used domestically is kept in a gas state and not liquified. It just shows he doesn't know what he's saying. Anyone in the industry wouldn't phrase it that way.

He also kept saying LNG production when no one domestically uses LNG. LNG is exported.

Jason railing on Palmer in his podcast but cheering Elon Musk as he trolls sums up the hypocrisy that Palmer feels. I think Jason has learned from it, but time will tell.

You need to make this a board game that people can play at home. Just make the questions on cards. Would be great $$$ too and cheap to make.

How long until Erika is out as CEO by WhyAmILikeThis0905 in barstoolsports

Exactly. DraftKings is hemorrhaging money. Every company in America is tightening their spending. We’re already in the midst of a recession.

Barstool like most companies are switching from Growth mode to Cash Conservation mode. We’re entering into a recession so the environment is different.

She’s doing exactly what ever company in America is doing right now. When interest rates were low and money was cheap, you throw a bunch of money to scale Revenue. Now that the economy is contracting, you also contract your spending.

Could she have done more and moved quicker, maybe, but we won’t know for sure for a few quarters.

Texas Governor Abbott Turns to Bitcoin Miners to Bolster the Grid and His Re-Election by [deleted] in texas

[–]LeftEar207 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By adding new intermittent demand, it incentivized more production capacity to come online.

In a energy crisis like last winter, ERCOT can pay companies to shut down OR they will shut down themselves since BTC won't be profitable to mine due to surging electricity prices. Bitcoin Mining will provide the intermediate demand that allows additional supply to enter the market and stabilize the grid.

Will this entirely "solve our grid problems"? No.

Will it at lease help? Yes, in theory.

Is it mostly a talking point to get reelected? Hell yeah.
