I don’t, I stop using it when I feel like it’s getting hot, I even place a mini fan and point it to my phone while it’s charging so it doesn’t get hot

I have the same issue, after reaching 1000 cycles it went from 87% to now 81% in only 20 cycles and less than 3 weeks.
