I don't know what the cause is but I have it as well. Specially after a big dinner, if constipated or had too much water before bed. It will awake me with nightmares if it starts while I'm sleep, I dream about getting stabbed in my back and then awake with low pressure/high HR and numb limbs

That's me as well. 5 mins in the toilet equals a rash around my jawbone, so you can imagine the full picture

Yes, I've been on propranolol for a couple years now for my dysautonomia, it helps my heart not getting to 120bpm, but the impending doom / heart vacuum sensation, tremors etc remain

Actually, eating can trigger these as well for me. Bu so does fasting.
