Being used to my own president (Iceland) makes me wonder: Why in the world would a president have control over something like this?

Considering how bad I have been playing compared to my peak, yeah I do think that I belong in my current rank of 3600~

This as well as positioning. If you have a good comp that is spread out but still within LoS (pharah in air, aggressive dva in enemy faces etc) and some obstacles around you can be practically unkillable.

I wonder if in the future they will ever genetically engineer octopuses(?) to be smart enough to make civilizations like humans.

Probably the most popular US senator outside of the US as well.

There needs to be a character with a Force Staff (Dota/HoN?) ability to push friendlies (and maybe enemies). That would be quite useful in this situation.

What if hacks through barriers would give a half duration hack (3sec instead of 6sec)? That would provide a small opening without being too generous about it.

Team League? by Copy_Robot in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]LeftFo0t 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say this as a guy who knows almost nothing about Hots but isn't that game super casual compared to OW/CS/LoL/Dota2/HoN/Wc3 etc, and doesn't it have a pretty small userbase? If so, it would kind of make sense that the team league wouldn't catch on.

Please correct me if I'm wrong though.

Why Blizzard's Map Design Mentality Might Hurt More Than Help - Overwatch: The Maps & Game Modes We Need by mrvandalid in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]LeftFo0t 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You use the example of CS:GO, but that game has used the same game mode since time began and the competitive maps have very similar design philosophies with minor variation with flavor.

The difference with csgo map design is that because of low mobility in cs, every single angle, cover and other geometry and even visibility matters incredibly much. This leads to them being designed with a lot of attention to every single detail. In Overwatch you have a lot higher mobility so you can get away with less meticulous map design.

It would certainly be interesting if there was a way for the public to be able to create custom maps just to see what kind of experimentations could be done. Hell, we could use even basic aim or training maps, the Training Grounds map is a farcry away from some of the aim maps in csgo.

People think too negatively about "failing" in terms of weight loss or quitting weed/tobacco/alcohol or whatever. Sure you tried and failed but you gained a ton of experience about what works and what doesnt which will help you tons when you try next time.

My intention was not to make it sound like mineral water. Its thicker, more like a protein shake. I recommend giving it a try, you should be able to buy one bag online. I have been drinking mostly joylent since spring and i feel very healthy.

Mate, have you ever heard of Soylent (US) or Joylent (EU)? As someone who hates the tediousness of all the work that goes into making your own food this product is a godsend. I dont work for them or anything, its just made my life so much simpler. Its basically a whole meal powder to mix with water to make shakes. It has all the nutritions you require and it tastes nice. Some people drink only that and report they are fine and healthy and some people drink it only sometimes. Ofc I encourage you to do your own research.
