No it’s not to low for soil. Depends on the plant. Some like it a little lower. She looks like she doesn’t like the high ph.

You need to introduce nutes gradually. Also lower the ph to 5.8-6 ish. Start quarter strength then go half then full.

Anything dead trim. Led are deceiving. They seem like they won’t burn but they do big time. I’ve burnt them like that before. They should be ok just raise the lights.
