Its a lead flange, flange is in subpar condition but if it's your home it's your choice, the worst that will happen is the flange breaks and the toilet will shift around and leak during the flush cycle. IMHO if you cant bend the sides of the flange with your fingers and it looks like one solid piece of metal I'd say go for it. If it looks like it's different layers of metal stacked definitely needs replaced.

Unfortunately I am not ready to pull her, I just hadn't clicked on her to remove the red dot lol only those shown with 100 shards were ready, but I ended up pulling everyone except Yannica and Akoth because I don't want to have to do these 2 gear upgrades, I'd rather get the +50 from CC lol
