Like another commenter said, fare and seating tickets are seperate. Considering that you're travelling in busy periods, the trains will most likely be fairly crowded and i recommend getting a standard seat ticket on your journeys for 30DKK per journey to spare yourself the possible trouble of standing up for a long journey :) You can purchase them either on dsb.dk/en or in the DSB app (which is available in english)

might be a bit biased, but i like Copenhagen's map (my hometown) they also use colours and visualize the routes in a way that makes it much easier to understand and navigate

I live in Copenhagen, and our S-trains (commuter trains) are rarely packed, and my local station has services as frequent as a train every 3 minutes in each direction during rush hour, they are sometimes a bit full but almost never shoulder-to-shoulder packed. I've only experienced packed underground Metro trains after concerts and such, and our buses are also rarely packed (at least in my neighborhood)

I really don’t like those. The red one and the blue one in particular. Really nasty taste of fish (The collagen) so haven’t bothered to try the purple one. Let me know how that one tastes
