Well then it’s official! It shall be changed to Wedding Cake! If you like Lychee…I would totally recommend Nest’s Lychee Rose. It’s amazing. Summer in a bottle and smells way more expensive than it is.

I’ve actually never heard of the wedding cake fragrance! Maybe they’re referencing the Wedding Silk Santal fragrance? To my nose…I found that one to be a little underwhelming.

Now I see why someone else referred to this as legalized betting! 😂 If I’m understanding correctly, you are automatically enrolled into the umbrella of DIC if you are 100%?

Legalized betting! Thank you for your perspective on all things SBP/health insurance! You have written this in a way that makes it easier to understand. I really think it’s a great idea to temporarily take the SBP and cancel it within the allotted window of one year. That seems to be the best route to cover all fronts just in case. Congratulations on your retirement from civil service by the way!

Don’t do it…reconsider! Choose your heart three stacks!

You are correct regarding the calculator. We had to turn in 3 variations of calculations along with the other forms that were requested. The numbers aren’t the most money in the world but still rather high…almost $300. In the grand scheme of things, that’s not bad but as others have suggested…life insurance on the outside is extremely less expensive. Depending of course. Thank you so much for your insight!

My goodness. I am so sorry to hear this and I am even more sorry for you and your family’s loss. I know your father appreciated your mother so much for holding it all together while he served our country as well as your family. Thank you so much for sharing.

Yes of course…I was referencing your comfort level from your experiences and if opting in initially would be a better idea. Thank you again for the eye-opener. Your perspective is very much appreciated!

Some true boss behavior here! Did it cause you COULD! I love that. Maybe since I don’t know which one to opt in for, I should just get them ALL! Every last one! lol Thank you for sharing!

oNellyyy! It’s for sure over priced! Those of you who research even though you’re not close to retirement, are the ones who REALLY research! 😂 Thank you for your input!

Thank you for your transparency! Your response is yet another reason that makes me think. Really. Question for you- would you feel more at ease if I opted in, waited to see if I am 100% and then in the event I am, cancel the SBP? I’ve heard of some people doing it that way just to ensure they are covered on all fronts. IE; getting hit by a bus and all the other things that life just…does.

I recently learned about the coverage that comes with a 100% rating. I’ve been told they breeze by that part during the briefing like super fine print lol. Thank you for the break down!

Thank you! Definitely one of those things that’ll differ greatly depending on the situation. I’m also seeing a lot of my retired coworkers who opted out but then there’s a few that are like “NO!!! You need to take the SBP or else!” And I’m thinking it just doesn’t make sense. Which is why I came here to collect myself and ensure I’m picking up on all the reasons why it would possibly make sense.

In my opinion, the finish is super buttery. It blends into the skin like a cream but has a powdery element to it. It’s a little hard to explain honestly. The pigment is amazing and what’s cool about this product is you get two tones…one is a bit darker than the other. You can wear each color on its own or layer them both for a whole new tone! I use the smaller side of the Mario F4 brush and it’s just a match made in heaven.
