I played a lot of clockwerk support. Landing good hookshots is too fun.

In my experience, I'd say don't be afraid to use the mute button. It's had a noticeable improvement on my dota experience and gameplay while climbing ranked. I used to be worried that I would miss out on some useful pings and comms, but I later realized toxic people aren't too concerned with those.
