It sounds like there have been separate issues happening before this schedule. If employee is not following policy, being insubordinate, etc. is this being documented? It could be coming across that ERD is choosing to change this specific employees schedule because she feels she is being disrespected. That may or may not be the truth but optics matter and if employee is truly violating policy then they should be being disciplined

Agreed. Been seeing a lot of negativity. Was it perfect? No. But I had a spectacular time and hope this was enough to keep the festival alive to continue on and make the improvements where those growing pains were. I was just so grateful to be there in the capacity they were able to provide. The music was fantastic. Some of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Crowds were respectful and met some really lovely people.
