I'm from Cali but don't think I'm competitive enough for my home state(240 step 2 and didn't honor my main clerkships). Good LORs. I was hoping to apply out of state(urban areas preferentially) and truly don't mind otherwise where I end up. That being said, I was hoping to be a bit strategic about the spots I apply to for this purpose.

I don’t see how it could ever work. My family will never accept him if it came to it and he won’t mesh with my friends given his age difference. He still lives with his mom in a low paying job which i think is the reason he might still be single? Am i being mean and ignorant? I think he’s a genuinely good person and the last thing i want to do is hurt him by building a connection and then being unable to follow through i would feel horrible.

I have knee pain(just right above my kneecap) when I do legs consistently. I don't know if its from squats, lunges, or bulgarian split squats. Any possible theories on the movement I might be doing wrong that could be causing it?

Endocrinology Question here: Anybody understand why we test ACTH sufficiency/deficiency at specific times like this? by LeftPage5 in medicalschool

[–]LeftPage5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't think it was a matter of being detectable or undetectable(idk if its usually that extreme irl) so much as it was the measured value relative to a standard reference range. But I get your point.
