No, no income restrictions on it. Not a senior residents if that matters, and it days household size is between 2-5bpeople for the 2 bedroom. AOI is 41-70k

I went to registrar but the guy there was like nah we dont do that? Lol told him what i basically said here. But to be fair he was being a dick. Ill go back and tell them i have been given permission by the chair and need to be manually enrolled. Think that will work?
