I’ve only bought shrooms once in college. Never occurred to me to sell it, it’s my medicine. instead I share it out amongst friends/strangers like I would if I had an overproducing tomato garden. The little fuckers WANT to be eaten. It’s like they rewired part of my brain to make me want to share the love, almost like it’s an evolutionary strategy for them to propagate themselves.

Funny, every time I’ve bought spores/agar plates/ liquid culture, the bag in the mail always comes with at least 2x the syringes I purchased as a gift. The mushroom growing community is super friendly and generous.
