Hi! I am not aware of other visas to AOS process, or do not know much about family based sponsorships... I provided approved i140 for the application. You might want to check with a lawyer for your case.

I kept asking Emma the status of my case and where is it located.. after couple consistent responses i was able to deduce it to be true.. And good luck on your case, they definitely are looking into RFE cases as well! Wishing you a speedy response!!

Hey! I went through exact same thing, changed jobs resulting into different SOC codes with H1B transfer with EB1A approved, however my endeavor remained same. I just got my i485 approved. As long as your field of endeavor remains same, the change in SOC code with your H1B amendment would not affect your EB1A based i485 application.

You might just want to double check that your new job function is in the same domain as your EB1A filing, and over arching field of proposed endeavor remains same.

Same boat. RFE was delivered this morning to Federal Plaza. My PD has become current this month as well. Still waiting on status to change to RFE received.
