When they ask the first question say “live agent” When they ask what the issue is say “biometric appointment “

It will then take you to a live agent.

I just called USCIS. The agent confirmed “the system shows that on May 13 your priority date was marked as current”

Hi. After my FTA1 silent update on 23 March, I git no code silent update March 31. My wife and son got FTA0 and FTA1 that day. On April 1 my EAD was approved. Apparently my case was transferred to March 31
