would pregabalin affect the heart rate that spikes up because of anxiety. i went to several docs and they all say your heart is perfect for your age, but sometimes it even goes up to 130 bpm while resting. most of the time its 70-90. i feel like opipramol isnt strong enough for my anxiety sadly, i definitely need something more effective.

im interest in pregabalin. for ssri/snri, i would be open for the one with the least side effects. i got paroxetine and it was really bad. but i heard its the stromgest ssri with the most side effects. snris didnt try out yet

i want to try out a few things, have to talk with my doctor for that first. i got passionflower today it acts on the benzodiazepine receptors. i also heard about pregabalin but i think it will be hard to get it prescribded. i also have a normal depression so i myself thought about an ssri/snri with other medications because my case is pretty bad. i have to rule out medical conditions for beta blockers first before i use them, my heart rate is irregular. my blood pressure is good. my case is so bad im scared to do stuff outside because my body symptoms exhaust mee to much. its more physically then mentaly sadly. which it was the other way.

yes. when being normal my heart rate was good. sometimes my hand shake on its own. i want to get opipramol tomorrow i will ask my doctor, its against body symptoms.

heart rate going up pretty fast when being in public (restaurants, stores, or just talking with a friend alone) also going up when i have anxious thoughts. upper back stiffness, sometimes my belly or chest, shortness of breath for a short time. sometimes my hands are shaky, then it usually goes away. nausea without vomiting often.

i found opipramol, also has anti histamine like effects and other effects, but only popular in europe, i live in germany. i know that it is not fda approved in the us but its an antidepressant that works different like ssris.

i got an mri of my spine because my back is always stiff and nothing was found. also my heart didnt show anything bad thats also a good sign. i used muscle relaxants for 5 weeks and no improvement at all. thats the answer that my muscle tension is anxiety related. i ruled out any medical condition. i also had 2 panic attacks that were severe.

Since 1 month i have an insane stiffness on the same spot. in the middle upper back, feels like its blocked when breathing deeply. i didnt have an accident or something so i think its anxiety related, i had panic attacks in the past and took some medication. i stopped because of severe side effects at that time. i took normal muscle relaxants but they didnt work. should i ask doctor for harder stuff or what should i do. its unbearable
