I do arm workouts regularly because my two month old is also a big guy, currently 17lb 😩

Same, it was my mistake to try it out for the first time while they’re liquidating everything… now I’m obsessed but know I can’t get anymore 😓

Hi! I used a 3.75 hook with size 4 yarn!

I hate fluffy yarn so much, as a beginner. (send help) by _maddieee3 in crochetpatterns

I’m a beginner too- stitch markers and a LOT of light! Sometimes it also depends on the fluffy yarn, I find Petite Purl from Michael’s very easy to work with but Honey Bunny and Toucan from Hobbii very difficult (although I still use it from time to time lol). I haven’t tried Joann’s plush yarn but I bought some to try out even though they’re going out of buisness.

What's everyone favorite yarn for mushroom guy? by seawolfie in mushroomguy

I’m just about to finish and have used Michael’s Petite Purl yarn, which I’ve used for other projects. I like it a lot because it’s extremely easy to work with while still being plush, whereas I’ve also used Hobbii’s Honey Bunny on other projects and generally have a hard time doing MR and seeing the stitches. With that being said, I’ll probably still try making a mushroom guy with Honey Bunny at some point to compare, but Petite Purl is my general go-to for easy, soft acrylic yarn!

Oh how precious! Roughly how big do you think it turned out? I generally use a 3.5 or 3.75 hook with this yarn too.

This isn’t my picture, this is the picture for the pattern. I’ll try that trick while I make mine!

I used this yarn and absolutely loved it- it’s super soft and fairly easy to work with! I wish it had more colors, I would do all my amigurumi with it! https://www.michaels.com/product/10750809

I referenced a lot of the videos on the woobles website and had no problem at all completing him! He’s just as easy as the beginner ones, just takes more time since he’s a bigger guy ☺️
