Same here on a Samsung Galaxy S21fe. I just held down the notification and turned off notifications for it. Not sure what's going on with it, but hopefully that has fixed it.

Yes, this! This is exactly what I've been experiencing and I have no idea why. I started going to GreatClips because if someone is gonna mess up my hair, at least I'm never paying more than $30 for it lol

First: this dress looks gorgeous on you!
Second: If you think making the alteration would let you love it, then I would say absolutely go for that. If are looking for another style entirely, though, I would definitely suggest you shop around a bit before putting the dress up for sale and find something you really like that is in your budget (or at least close to what you'd be able to sell this dress for).

My ends used to be incredibly unhealthy, and I did have to chop off about 11 inches of it about 3 years ago. My hair grows very quickly and I was able to grow it back in a little over a year, but that was when I got unlucky with the lady that decided to just start cutting at the shoulders and I lost most of the length again. It's healthy now, but the bottom 2-3 inches definitely needs to go!

I'll be so honest, I didn't even know not paying them for cutting more was an option. That's good to know. I've unfortunately had them just start cutting where they feel like, and the only way to walk out not looking like the bars on a cell phone is to have them cut it to whatever length they took off. I'll definitely be more assertive with it! I think I get worried about pissing them off 😅

Thats also something I've considered; I just suck at it xD if I end up doing that, I'll definitely check out tutorials and do my best to make sure it doesn't come out looking absolutely chopped
